You can do yoga with simple movements, which aim for relaxation only. Certainly not the same benefits if you do yoga as a whole. You can do it anywhere, including at home. You have ever studied yoga, it would be easier to do these simple movements. But those who have never tried, this exercise is also not difficult to do.

Yoga at home can be done anywhere, even in bed. Before you begin practicing, first check your bed. Make sure the surface of the mattress was quite hard and flat (not curved). Do not use a mattress that is too soft and unstable. Therefore, there are some positions require movement of the body in a straight or flat.
In lieu of the mattress, you can use a yoga mat. If there is no mattress, use a carpet or blanket rather thick on the floor. Provide also some pillows or bolsters for back and chest pads. With minimal equipment you can get maximum benefits with yoga at home.
